The expedition will take place, once confirmed the order, within the second working day following the confirmation (per working day is to be understood from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays recognized by the Italian calendar).
La Borsetteria reserves the right to verify the validity of the transaction, including possibly contacting the bank counterparty. In this case, the shipment of goods will not take place until the verification process is not successful.
Couriers currently used for shipping are: UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, BRT and SDA. The customer does not have the right to choose the carrier that will be designated exclusively from La Borsetteria.
Shipping all over the country and from foreign countries (see permitted destinations) will be delivery in 6-10 days (any customs will increase delivery times) . Delivery times are approximate and based on average delivery times of courier companies currently addressed. Any delay in delivery can not give right to full or partial redemptions of the goods purchased.

Before the order confirmation will show the cost for shipping, which can vary depending on the country of destination and can not be quantified in advance.
All shipments are made in packages sealed with white customized tape. The customer is required, upon delivery, to verify the integrity of the packaging and tape. In case of breakage or tampering of the housing or duct tape, the customer must place its reserves to check the contents before the courier to collect your parcel.
It is strongly recommended not to use blades or sharp objects to open the package, to avoid damaging the items contained inside.
In the event of missing or damaged items, promptly notify Pelletterie Manrico as provided for returns. Claims will not be accepted on shipments received by the customer without reservation. For shipments outside the EU, any import customs fees will be charged to the customer. Customs duties and taxes may differ according to country and are charged when the goods arrive in the same country: it therefore invites the customer to contact in advance the customs authorities of your country to verify the costs and possible limits on imports.
In case of refusal of goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (F.Ex. Address and / or phone number of the wrong recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) Will be deducted the amount to cover the following expenses: sending back goods + goods + custom duty for return and charged to the recipient. Instead it will be refunded the price of the goods.
